Judging by her sick smile, the guy in the rear left has a shotgun pointed at her spine and a twenty-foot chain manacled to her leg -- and don't even ask what goes on in this diner at night. Her only hope is that J. Backwards-Ballcap Cretin here senses her danger and goes to the local authorities.
So, yeah, she's doomed.
