Your Liberty to Swing Your Fist, and Where It Ends

The First Amendment says "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof," but that means "No company should be forced to do anything at all if they can claim that they have a religious objection to it."

Seriously, what if I said my religion forbid me from paying taxes? Are we going to see Amish-owned companies demanding not to have to pay for highways, armies, and anything mechanized?

How is this not immediately thrown out of court as a stupidly frivolous argument?
