The wise ol' cowpoke represents world opinion, and the split-rail fence that "Egypt" is sitting on represents OPEC. Clearly, if Obama tries to "ride" Egypt, he will break the fence and plunge the world into chaos. He must instead call out the cowpoke for an old-fashioned shootout, and clutch the schoolmarm (the Star Wars missile shield) to his chest after his victory, at the final fadeout.
