Oh, a Wise Guy, Eh!

Now, this is a much more unlikely pairing, but, still, it's two cartoons with exactly the same joke, from Bruce Plante:

By the way, Uncle Sam in Plante's cartoon really should be saying "Nyuk-Nyuk-Nyuk."
