I don't have anything particularly snarky to say about this cartoon -- well, except maybe that the rich are whining an awful lot about maybe paying as much in tax as they did ten years ago -- but it's a slow day, and I want to bask in Allie's swell rendition of a forlorn Rich Uncle Pennybags.
