Leaving aside the fact that there's no such thing as "Honesty Ratings" for politicians -- because, if there were, the detector would sit forlorn in a corner the entire time -- it's not at all true that the current crop of Congresscritters are dishonest.
In fact, they're painfully honest: they honestly hate each other, they honestly can't compromise, and they honestly are incapable of working with each other for the good of the country.
