The inauguration speech actually used the phrase 'climate change' and not 'global warming', so this cartoonist apparently can't even be bothered to pay attention to what he is trying to mock. I guess that makes it easier though.
Please remember that the purpose of Editorial Explanations is to explain and to expand knowledge, rather than to engage in any partisan bickering. All cartoonists are completely correct, in their own worlds.
