In the world where Wise lives, Unemployment is not insurance, it's not a fund paid into by employers based on an employee's salary, it doesn't require paperwork and visits to the most soul-destroying office ever known, and, most of all, it doesn't run out after a short period of time.
So one must ask: why does Wise create such limp, dull cartoons when not working at all is so lucrative?
