The only way healthcare can possibly work is if it's hand-crafted by personal doctors, working closely with a small number of very wealthy people. Anything else would be like -- gasp! choke! -- an assembly line, that home of the dirty, smelly working class.
It's just the facts, so it's no use trying to help the little people -- we're better off just letting them die.
