Ghastly Visage Theater Presents

Peter Dunlap-Shohl, 3/1/11:
Someone, somewhere in America, actually wants to save health care. No, I'm sorry -- it's just too far-fetched.

(I haven't the first clue who this guy is -- he's probably one US Governor or other, but they're such a motley lot right now that even that hint is no help. Dunlap-Shohl's cartoons run somewhere called Frozen Grin, which isn't much of a hint, either.)
