One must only assume that Payne hates Obama so much that he's physically incapable of even noticing news that's positive towards the President. And then one must, inevitably, wonder what Payne thought was going on in his newsroom all day Monday?

Anonymous: Thanks for the link; I see Payne's cartoons at Cagle.com -- which still lists this one as 5/3, and has a different cartoon for 4/30.
ReplyDeletePayne doesn't date his cartoons on the art, which could have clarified things.
Payne draws multiple cartoons a day. Websites normally post just one a day, so they get spread out.
