You'd Think There Would Be Some Actual News to Base a Cartoon On, Somehow

It's so cute that the Persian Gulf thinks that "democracy is on the march" because a foreign power assassinated a terrorist leader in the mountains to its northwest. It doesn't make any sense, but it's cute.
